We're on the hunt for a dynamic Business Development Representative who will be instrumental in refining and amplifying our outbound sales strategy. This is a golden opportunity to become a part of our already successful business development team and escalate it to new heights while contributing to the introduction of our groundbreaking product to the market. This is your chance to leave an indelible imprint by shaping how our technology is presented to potential clients.

Your Key Duties Will Include:

    • Collaborating across various departments to establish best practices and instill a robust, sales-oriented organization and culture.
    • Targeting major named accounts, partnering closely with marketing to create, test, and roll out campaigns to stimulate demand and figure out how to effectively scale them.
    • Setting monthly OKRs with your manager and devising a strategic plan to achieve them.
    • Becoming well-versed in our industry and confidently presenting our value proposition to CFOs, VPs of Finance, and other key decision-makers.
    • Consistently meeting your activity metrics and exceeding your targets (9 Opportunities Created per Month upon full ramp-up, with a 3-Month ramp period).

Qualifications:

    • A minimum of one year sales experience in a B2B SaaS environment (ideally with a proven track record of high performance).
    • Previous experience in a start-up environment, demonstrating a history of success under limited resources.
    • Self-driven, proactive with an ownership and entrepreneurial mindset.
    • Willingness to undertake various roles and conquer new challenges on a daily basis.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced setting.

    • Must live and be authorized to work in the United States.

    • Familiarity with SalesForce, Outreach, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, Loom, Qualified, Postal and other sales tools.
$90,000 - $110,000 a year
The target salary for this position is $90,000 - $110,000 and is part of a competitive total rewards package including commissions, stock options, benefits, and additional opportunities for incentives and bonuses for performance beyond goals. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually at a minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
