👨💻 About the Role
We're excited to announce an opportunity for an Electronics Engineer to be a part of our expanding team in China! As we grow both steadily and swiftly, we're embarking on numerous new projects. For these ventures, we require an enthusiastic individual who can be a key player in the design and development of our wireless charging products, with a strong focus on board design and software integration. This role requires a technically proficient individual who can lead the development of high-performance circuit boards, ensuring they meet rigorous testing requirements and industry standards. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including external partners, to optimise the design process and ensure our products remain at the forefront of the market.
👋 About You
As an Electronics Engineer at Mous, you'll work collaboratively with our New Product Development (NPD) team, Engineering team, Quality team, and Production team.
Your expertise in both hardware design and software integration will allow you to lead complex projects with confidence and deliver products that meet the highest standards. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working with leading brands to bring cutting-edge technology to the market.

🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Software Integration: Provide expertise in software integration, ensuring seamless communication between hardware and software components.
- Testing and Validation: Oversee the testing and validation processes, ensuring that all products meet rigorous performance and quality standards.
- Collaboration with Leading Brands: Work closely with industry-leading brands to incorporate the latest technologies and best practices into our products.
- DFX Analysis and Risk Mitigation: Apply Design for Excellence (DFX) principles to identify and mitigate risks early in the development process, ensuring robust and reliable product designs.
- Project Management: Manage all aspects of the development process, from initial concept to final production, with minimal input from the line manager.
- Vendor Optimisation: Collaborate with vendors to optimise development timelines, ensuring that our products are brought to market quickly and efficiently.

- Performance Standards: Ensure all boards meet or exceed the latest performance expectations and testing requirements.
- Timely Project Delivery: Consistently meet project milestones, ensuring that actual outcomes align with planned timelines.
- Testing and Validation: Achieve a high pass rate in product testing and validation, demonstrating the reliability and quality of the designs.
- Collaboration Success: Establish strong, collaborative relationships with leading brands, integrating their feedback and technology into our products.
- Proactive Problem Solving: Demonstrate a proactive approach to identifying and resolving potential issues, ensuring a stable production environment.
🤓 Skills Requirements
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronic Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Over 5 years of experience in wireless charging product development, with a strong focus on circuit board design and software integration.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of wireless charging technology, including the topology architecture, communication principles, and manufacturing processes.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with wireless charging certification standards, test specifications, and methods, such as QI 2.0, EMC, and national standards.
- Brand Collaboration: Proven experience working with leading brands in the development of cutting-edge products.
- Software Proficiency: Experience with EDA (Electronic Design Automation) software such as PADS, Altium Designer, or similar tools.
- Hardware and Software Expertise: Strong understanding of both hardware design and software integration, ensuring seamless product development.
- Self-Motivation: Highly self-motivated and proactive in addressing challenges and driving continuous improvement.
