👨💻 About the Role
We're excited to announce an opportunity for a Senior Sourcing Executive to be a part of our expanding team in China! As we grow both steadily and swiftly, we're embarking on numerous new projects. For these ventures, we require an enthusiastic individual who can:
With our recent increase in product categories, an expanding need for international sourcing, and the growing complexity of key projects such as luggage, our sourcing team has reached full capacity. Balancing new sourcing requests with critical supply chain initiatives has become increasingly challenging. Although Fiona will soon be able to offload her packaging responsibilities, she is set to take on several complex internal process tasks that are both time-intensive and vital to our operations. This shift will significantly limit her availability to manage essential general and administrative tasks related to sourcing and auditing.
Moreover, as we prioritise strengthening our supply chain health to support both current and future growth, the need for another dedicated Senior Sourcing Executive has become essential. This role will provide the necessary bandwidth to handle sourcing requests, support compliance, and maintain robust vendor relationships, ensuring we can meet increasing demands while advancing our international and category-specific sourcing goals.
