📱 About Us

We are Mous. People deserve tech and lifestyle products that are fit for purpose, perform as promised and allow them to be their best. So we are building the go-to brand refreshingly focused on product so people can have just that. We have consistently built our in-house expertise and spent millions in research and development on our relentless pursuit to making the best products possible. Over the past ten years we have flipped the tech accessory market on its head, raising the standards and people's expectations. We've made cases that can protect phones dropped from cranes, engineered magnetic accessory ecosystems before MagSafe even launched, partnered with Google to make super thin cases, developed impact materials and waterproof constructions to make backpacks that confidently protect laptops and we're only just getting started!

We're creating products that empower people to be their best, whether they're on a wild adventure or commuting through the city. No matter what your everyday life looks like you can trust our products to remove frustrations, expand your experiences and help you to live without limits.

👨‍💻 About the Role

We're excited to announce an opportunity for a Marketplaces Manager to be a part of our expanding team in Pakistan! As we continue to grow both steadily and swiftly, we have an exciting vision for our Marketplace channels and are looking for someone to help us push our Amazon growth to even higher levels. For these ventures, we require an enthusiastic individual who has a track record of growing sales and brand awareness on Amazon. This role takes broad ownership of Amazon stores, so requires someone skilled in setting up, optimizing and analysing PPC campaigns, doing keyword research and listing optimizations. We have a talented (and ambitious!) Product Development team, so experience launching new products to market and managing them through their product life cycle is valuable. Overall, we hope to find someone who is truly passionate and curious about all things Amazon.

👋 About You

As Marketplaces Manager you will report to Richard Kessell (our Head of Data, Marketplaces & Commercial Strategy) and be accountable for the success of multiple Amazon stores. You will work closely with and provide support to our Senior Marketplaces Manager, Jana Sitjuk, together delivering our ambitious growth plan for Marketplace channels. We have had huge successes in this area recently and we are looking for someone to understand the drivers of this success and apply these to our full product offering, maintaining and optimizing our stores around the world. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to contribute to a fast-paced environment, work closely with Senior Leadership, and play a crucial role in driving our projects to successful completion with precision and efficiency.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

    • Grow sales and brand awareness on Amazon Seller Cental.
    • Set up, analyse and optimise both PPC Campaigns and listings.
    • Liaise with our in-house video and designs teams regularly to produce content for ads, new products and optimising listings.
    • Work closely with the Operations team to ensure strong availability and timely launches for new products.

🤓 Skill Requirements

    • 3+ years experience with a DTC brand, e-commerce aggregator, consultancy, or start-up.
    • A strong record of growing sales and brand awareness within e-commerce.
    • Experienced on the Amazon Seller Central platform in managing stock, PPC campaigns and listings.
    • Familiarity with Amazon analytics tools(e.g. Helium, JungleScout, etc.)
    • A 2:1 degree or higher under your belt (although this isn't a prerequisite).
    • Strong problem solver – never afraid to get stuck into the detail to uncover insights.
    • A good commercial understanding with the ability to value and prioritise work ruthlessly.
    • Proven analytical and Excel skills to understand and push performance, ideally with exposure to AB testing.
    • Agile and action biased, embrace uncertainty with the tenacity to see things through to the end.
    • Open to new ways of doing things, understanding Amazon best practice but always challenging how we can do better.
    •
As an inclusive employer, we would encourage you to apply even if you do not strictly meet all the above criteria.

We’re not asking for the world (we promise!), but here are some nice to haves:
    • Solid grasp of commercial tactics; such as pricing strategies and growth hacking
    • Experience launching Amazon stores in Asia and South America

💡 Soft Skills

    • Effective communication skills and self-motivation.
    • Fluent in English both verbal and written communication.
    • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

Ultimately, we want to create a better world through our actions and we're doing so across our products, how we transport from A to B, and socially.
