Moxe is a high-growth company looking for a top marketing candidate to help us continue changing health care with the first truly bidirectional clinical data clearinghouse. Moxe is searching for a Marketing Lead with 3 to 5 years of experience to use their creativity, determination, and motivation to build upon Moxe’s market-presence.   The Marketing Lead will report to the Director of Operations in a full-time position out of Moxe’s Madison, WI office.

The Marketing Lead will work closely with executive leadership and the product development, sales, operations, and implementation teams, and will coordinate across the enterprise to deliver marketing content and collateral.  The Marketing Lead will ensure that process and procedures exist for managing the lifecycle of all facets to Moxe’s marketing initiatives. 


Responsibilities

Plan
o   Work with internal stakeholders to develop Moxe's external marketing plan, considering audience, channels, and branding
o   Develop an approach to Moxe's internal communications that reinforces our core values and facilitates a strong company culture
o   Assist in messaging for current and potential investors
o   Ensure that all marketing projects align with Moxe's three marketing goals: generating leads, brand building, and sales support
 
Execute
o   Work with both internal and external experts to execute on Moxe's marketing plan
o   Identify cost-effective ways to achieve marketing goals while managing marketing budgets
o   Run parallel email campaigns for various audiences with different levels of engagement
o   Lead digital marketing/branding efforts, including Moxe's website and SEO
o   Coordinate all marketing initiatives
o   Coordinate conference schedules and creation of collateral to support Moxe’s presence at conferences
o   Work with current and new customers to launch joint press releases
o   Build Moxe's social media profiles and presence, including Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and any additional channels
o   Monitor relevant discussions about Moxe on social media
o   Explore new ways to engage with prospective customers
 
Track
o   Work with Moxe leadership to identify key performance indicators and monthly/quarterly/annual goals for the marketing team
o   Track performance against KPIs and provide updates to key internal stakeholders
o   Perform A/B testing across all marketing efforts, including email campaigns, social media, and print materials
 
Business Intelligence
o   Perform market research, understand, and communicate the competitive landscape
o   Use marketing resources to support the sales cycle and fill the sales funnel (e.g., assisting with market prioritization, using databases to identify potential customers).
 
Other duties as assigned or as created by you, as you grow your role at Moxe

Requirements

    • 3-5 years' experience in marketing, advertising, or communications
    • Proven record of success
    • Excellent communicator with an emphasis on written communication
    • Highly skilled in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
    • Previous experience managing a social media account is preferred but not required
    • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or equivalent experience required
    • Additional Desired skills: experience with WordPress, InDesign, Google Analytics, SEO
