The Account Executive (Mid-Market) is an individual contributor role responsible for actively pursuing leads on future MoxiWorks clients and building outstanding relationships with prospects. You will be managing the full sales cycle in our growing mid-market space.
 
Responsibilities
 
·       Maintain and apply a high level of knowledge of our products
·       Achieve and exceed sales quotas and cold call targets
·       Identify, qualify, and close new and upsell business opportunities
·       Use your consulting and presenting skills to demonstrate tailored product solutions based on individual customer needs
·       Use your ability to consult and build relationships to manage multiple decision-makers throughout the sales cycle
·       Create and maintain a real-time accurate database of prospective clients and pipeline forecast in Salesforce
·       Leverage Gong to help level up your sales skills
·       Collaborate with colleagues in other departments to ensure customers are delighted throughout the entire customer experience
·       Work with Sales Leadership on sales goals, planning and forecasting, and maintaining short-term and long-term business development plans
·       Travel across the US as required (nominal)
 
Qualifications
 
·       2+ years of successful SaaS sales or inside sales experience required
·       Familiarity with Salesforce and Gong desirable
·       Previous measurable achievements in prior sales roles
·       Real Estate experience (as agent or selling/servicing solutions to the industry) is strongly preferred
·       Entrepreneurial and coachable mindset
·       Passion and ability to educate on next-generation technology in the real estate industry
·       Ability to focus while working in an active, high-energy, and dynamic work environment with grit, determination, and a Challenger mentality
·       Ability to easily connect with people on the phone, build trust, learn challenges through quality questions and active listening
·       Extraordinary verbal, written, and presentation skills
·       BS/BA Degree preferred
·       Prior inside sales, business development, and Salesforce experience a plus
 
For this role, the On-Target Earnings (OTE) is $120k (Base $70k/Variable $50k – uncapped with accelerators) and benefits including:
