Responsibilities

    • Identify talent from a variety of sources.
    • Post requisitions.
    • Inclusively seek diverse external talent through formal and informal networks.
    • Timely and effective communication with candidates, customers, and internal stakeholders.
    • Gather data around competition and market conditions/trends that may impact our ability to find and hire the right talent.
    • Challenge the status quo through meaningful data to create a better and stronger recruiting process.
    • Demonstrate skill in recruiting research methods which will primarily focus on key markets (may include cold calling or cold outreach depending on role).
    • Collaborate with HR/Leadership to identify internal talent for roles where applicable.
    • Serve as the connector of talent across geographies and business lines.
    • Build strong relationships with candidates to develop a strong virtual bench and create a world class candidate experience.
    • Represent Sogeclair Digital Engineering externally with the utmost integrity and strong focus on quality relationships.
    • Create and maintain a strong brand identity through the use of company social media platform.
    • Create marketing materials and look for opportunities to brand the company in new markets as well as in the areas of highest demand.
    • Role reports directly to VP.

Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
    • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition for a corporation or talent agency; less experience will be considered with proven track record of excellence in recruitment.
    • Technical sourcing experience, preferably in a high growth environment supporting multiple technical hiring teams.
    • Experience with advanced creative search methodologies (e.g. Boolean searches, social media recruiting, etc.).
    • Experience with applicant tracking systems, candidate relationship management systems, and advanced reporting.
    • Experience leading recruitment campaigns.
    • Experience tracking and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment, adaptable, and deliver quality results.
    • Strong skills in candidate relationship management.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
    • Naturally inquisitive with a no-quit attitude.
    • Quickly understand the needs of the candidate(s), hiring manager(s), and business.
    • Maintain strong knowledge of competition and advises on potential trends that may influence recruiting.

Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience recruiting for engineering services in the aerospace industry.
    • Experience recruiting high volume blue collar workers in the aerospace industry.
    • Proficient with recruiting tools, such as Lever, Indeed, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
$60,000 - $80,000 a year
