Job Description:

As a Product Manager, you will be working closely with the customer success team to help develop conversational interfaces for large banking players. We are looking for someone with deep customer focus as well as an established track record in software development.  You will manage the tactical tasks of delivering products while simultaneously driving product planning.

Job Responsibilities

    • Deliver projects and products using the appropriate agile project management methodology, learning & iterating frequently
    • Work with the Implementation Manager to define the execution for any given product and translate this into user stories
    • Lead the collaborative, dynamic planning process – prioritising the work that needs to be done against the capacity and capability of the team
    • Working with a multidisciplinary team
    • Ensure all products are built to an appropriate level of quality for the stage (alpha/beta/production)
    • Reviewing and analyzing requirements for completeness
    • Translating and simplifying business requirements to make them ready for development
    • Keeping track of key KPI’s for each assignment
    • Managing prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, performance, and operational support
    • Negotiating development support to arrive at a feasible solution that will fit within the defined schedule
    • Managing multiple assignments and align them with business priorities and deadlines.


    • 2- 3 years experience in a Product Management role
    • Experience in Banking/Financial Services industry
    • Experience in delivering customer solutions and an obsession for exceeding expectations
    • Experience in project planning, and KPI development
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once while paying strict attention to detail
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
