As a People Partner, you will be a bridge from People Operations to Mujin’s managers and team leaders. You will ensure excellence in performance and talent management, employee engagement, and organizational change. Your work will focus on solving critical management needs for the teams and improving working conditions around the world through robotics automation.
This position will empower you to make a big impact working alongside the top leaders and innovators on our fast-growing, global team.

Responsibilities


    • (Primary Objective) 
    • Enable the company's achievement of business goals through implementation and support of effective people management strategies.

    • (Management/Business Partnering) 
    • Partner with managers and team leaders to conduct effective performance evaluations, accurately rank employees, and solve employee performance issues.
    • Monitor employee engagement, identify important organizational issues, and propose win-win solutions for both management and employees.
    • Support and coach managers through solving labour management issues and employee conflicts.
    • Develop talent management and succession planning programs to support employee career development and retention.

    • (TA & Human Capital Allocation) 
    • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Department to align hiring with organizational needs.
    • Contribute to the planning and execution of organizational changes and employee transfers.
    • Assist in compensation and benefits planning to ensure fair, balanced, and competitive packages.

    • (Internal HR Kaizen) 
    • Participate in HR process improvement, service design, policy development, and system implementation projects.

Qualifications

    • 5+ years of experience in an HRBP or strategic HR role.
    • Strong knowledge of HR strategy, performance management, and organizational development.
    • Broad understanding of Japanese labor laws and employment regulations.
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to lead through influence.
    • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Business-level English and Japanese language abilities.

Work Hours
8:45 - 17:45 (with a 60-minute break)
