Seeking a talented System Administrator to join the Mujin Infrastructure team. At Mujin, you will have the opportunity to be part of our transformation into a DevOps-focused approach to managing, deploying, and maintaining our infrastructure. In this role, your main duties include maintaining, scaling, securing, designing, deploying, and managing the lifecycle of Mujin's services. #LI-Onsite

Responsibilities

    • Design, architect, and deploy services for both internal and external (cloud) use at Mujin
    • Manage the lifecycle of existing and active services, including patching, security tracking, auditing, and scaling up/down
    • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for all active services
    • Address the support ticket backlog for system administrative tickets
    • Conduct audits and strengthen Mujin's infrastructure
    • Use automation to improve efficiency and reduce manual work
    • Implement a defense-in-depth strategy to secure Mujin's services from potential threats
    • Create documentation and procedures related to the services provided by the Infrastructure team
    • Provide technical solutions and fixes to problems through consultations with staff
    • Generate Documentation, Procedures, and Guidelines for the Mujin Infrastructure.

Required Skills

    • A curious and eagerness to learn new things
    • Experience in Linux System Administration
    • Knowledge of Windows Administration, including Active Directory, AzureAD, Group Policy, and Patch Management
    • Hands-on experience with virtualization platforms, such as configuring hypervisors, virtual networking, and storage connections
    • Familiarity with monitoring and logging systems and their implementation and maintenance
    • Basic understanding of database administration
    • Ability to work with customers (internal or external) in a consultative manner, translating business requirements into technical solutions
    • Strong conceptual understanding of DNS and networking.

Work Hours
