As a Junior IT Support team member, you will provide technical support to users of various technologies including desktop PCs, notebook PCs, mobile devices, network printers, and other office equipment. You will assist in IT projects,  improve service quality through documentation and process improvements, and support daily IT operations.

Responsibilities

    • Provide excellent customer support to employees.
    • Monitor and respond quickly to incoming IT support requests.
    • Maintain the helpdesk and manage the ticket backlog.
    • Assist with PC hardware and software support.
    • Perform PC provisioning for replacements or new users.
    • Diagnose and resolve PC faults and issues (hardware and software).
    • Track and manage IT-related assets and software licenses.
    • Produce user documentation and guides for IT services.
    • Assist with IT-related employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

Requirements

    • Basic understanding of Windows OS (Windows 7, Windows 10, MacOS).
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Office products and Microsoft Outlook/Exchange or O365.
    • Basic knowledge of troubleshooting and problem resolution.
    • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
    • Good communication skills with colleagues and clients.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Willingness to ask questions and seek help when needed.
    • Ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately.

Language Requirements

    • Business-level English
    • Business-level Japanese

8:45~17:45 (Includes 1-hour break)
