The Role:
As the Product Manager within the Technology and Customer Experience team, you will partner with Mulberry’s Digital function to drive conversion across its digital commerce channel. This role is at the intersection of Digital Trading, Product and Engineering (via a primary third party technology partner) and therefore critical in enabling value through meeting customer needs and contributing to our business goals.
Hybrid working applies to this role - 3 days per week from the office, maximum 2 days per week from home.
Duties & Responsibilities:
− Product Roadmap: Define and manage the product roadmap that is informed by the Digital Trading and Technology functions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
− Market Research: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, benchmarks and opportunities for digital product enhancements.
− Product Development: Collaborate with designers, engineers, and other team members to develop and manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch.
− Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyse performance of the digital changes using relevant tools and metrics (engaging with our eco-system of third parties) and proposing necessary adjustments to improve conversion rates.
− Reporting and retrospectives: Contribute to the regular cadence of reporting on the KPIs for the Digital channel and to the Technology change portfolio reporting. Ensure there is a cycle of retrospectives, lessons and continuous improvement.
− Customer and User Feedback: Review and analyse voice of the customer insights and respond to user feedback to ensure continuous product improvement.
− Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the different business functions (digital, marketing, sales, and other teams) to develop approaches for optimising along the digital conversion funnel.
− Supplier and third-party management: Demonstrate commercial acumen and ensure outcomes from the eco-system of third parties is optimised for both delivery efficiency/effectiveness and value for money.
− Budget Management: Manage the product budget and report monthly to the budget owner(s) primarily, ensuring efficient use of resources and cost-effective product development. Ensure that cost consciousness is factored in at all stages of the budget planning and management cycle.

Skills & Knowledge:
− Proven experience: in product management, particularly within the luxury/fashion retail or digital commerce sectors.
− Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of digital product development, including mobile apps, websites, and software.
o Tools expertise: Jira, Confluence, Office 365, Slack etc
− Technology Understanding: Hands on experience of managing performance and change on digital platforms: e.g. Salesforce, Commerce Tools, SAP, Shopify. Conversant in the integrated system and process landscape of e-commerce operations (CRM, POS, ERP, WMS, Accounting etc).
− Data Driven, Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse data and metrics to inform product decisions and improvements.
− Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Demonstrate an open and receptive communication style that inspires a “one team” spirit.
− Agile Delivery: Fully conversation in the mindset, methods, rituals and discipline of agile delivery.
− Project Management: Strong leadership and project management skills to lead product development initiatives. Ability to deliver initiatives that require an integrated project management approach.
− Creativity: Innovative mindset with the ability to think creatively and contribute to developing user-friendly, profitable digital-commerce outcomes.
