The Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised individual who has a passion for product looking to begin their career within Product/Collection Merchandising.

Duties and Responsibilities:

·       Support the planning and development of all Leather Goods product collections, encompassing the Leather Goods & Lifestyle categories (Bags, Small Leather Goods, Soft Accessories, Jewellery, and Eyewear).
·       Assist in the creation and ongoing maintenance of all collection related documentation, ensuring clarity, consistency, and accuracy of information.
·       Manage product data across all categories using Prima, Excel, and PowerPoint with precision and attention to detail.
·       Onwership of the sample management process, liasing with Sampling team, unpacking, organising and Photographing samples.
·       Contribute to the execution of sales analysis through effective use of Excel, supporting data driven decision making.
·       Work collaboratively with the Pre-Production team to ensure data accuracy throughout the product development lifecycle.
·       Conduct regular competitive research both online and in store, compiling insights and presenting findings to the wider team.
·       Coordinate and support all administrative aspects of Seasonal Market presentations.
·       Provide general administrative support to maintain efficient day to day operations within the team.

Skills and Experience Required:

·       Eagerness to learn and develop a career within the Product Merchandising department.
·       Excellent communication and organisational abilities, with capability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
·       Acute attention to detail, ensuring a high level of accuracy and quality in all work.
·       Self motivated and capable of working independently, including in fast paced or high pressure environments.
·       Strong team player with a collaborative mindset and well developed interpersonal skills.
·       Keen interest in and solid understanding of the luxury fashion industry, particularly within Leather Goods and Accessories.Strong analytical and numerical capabilities, with the ability to support weekly and seasonal reporting and analysis.
·       Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including some advanced functions such as Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
·       Familiarity with PLM systems and digital selling platforms (e.g. NuOrder, Joor, Zedonk) is advantageous, though not essential.
