The Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Apprentice Craftsperson to join our Development team at the Rookery. In this hands-on role, you’ll contribute to new season collections, assist in developing upcoming products, and support the team in meeting key deadlines.
This is a fantastic opportunity to learn, refine your skills, and be part of the process that brings Mulberry’s designs to life.
Skills & Experience Required:
· An interest in product development
· A natural aptitude to problem solve, work using own initiative and manage own workload
· Able to work under pressure and thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment
· Strong desire to learn new skills
· Basic numeracy and literary skills (GCSE grades C/4 and above in Maths and English)
· Confidence to work independently and as part of our team
· Effective communicator
· A willingness to be flexible with working hours and skillset
· A passion for excellent craftsmanship and an exceptional attention to detail

· No formal work experience is necessary
· Transport to and from work, Mulberry’s other Somerset sites, and Bridgwater College is required.
