We are actively seeking an Affiliate Sales Manager, a role essential for the development and management of our partnerships with Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs) and brokers. This position is designed for a seasoned sales leader endowed with a strategic vision, robust analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and unparalleled interpersonal abilities. The ideal candidate will spearhead initiatives to cultivate new business opportunities, significantly increase revenue, and expand our clientele in 2024 and beyond.

You will:

    • Strategically develop and enhance our affiliate business framework, aligning it with the company’s overarching goals.
    • Build and deepen relationships with ISOs and brokers, leveraging these partnerships to drive business growth.
    • Execute targeted recruitment strategies for affiliate partners to establish a network characterized by its high performance and commitment to quality.
    • Direct and uplift the affiliate business team through leadership, mentorship, and the promotion of professional development.
    • Implement incentive programs designed to motivate and reward peak performance across the affiliate network.
    • Identify leadership potential within the team, establishing performance metrics and accountability standards.
    • Oversee the development and delivery of comprehensive training programs to elevate team capabilities and performance.
    • Define and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess team performance, setting ambitious yet attainable goals.
    • Coordinate with the Marketing department to ensure affiliate business strategies are integrated with wider marketing objectives.
    • Consistently meet or exceed targets related to affiliate-driven revenue and client base expansion.

You have:

    • A BA in Business Management or a related discipline, with a preference for further qualifications pertinent to our industry.
    • Demonstrable expertise in building and maintaining strategic partnerships within the SMB lending space, with a strong network of contacts.
    • 5+ Years of experience working directly with ISO's in the NYC area.
    • A track record of significant achievements in affiliate network management and business growth.
    • Proficiency in financial analysis, adept at evaluating partner and client potential.
    • Creativity and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to new challenges.
    • High energy and dedication, crucial for driving our ambitious expansion plans.
    • Experience in managing CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, to effectively monitor partner relationships and performance metrics.

$120,000 - $165,000 a year
A reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role is $120,000 to $165,000 per year plus quarterly and/or annual incentives. In order to provide a competitive compensation package, Mulligan Funding takes into account a variety of factors including but not limited to market compensation data, relevant experience, skills, education, and certifications.
