As CTO, you will be instrumental in driving Mulligan Funding's technology revolution, with a focus on AI/ML, data storage (both structured and unstructured), and reporting solutions. Your leadership will be key in developing and executing a technology strategy that aligns with our ambitious growth plans and keeps us at the forefront of the financial services industry.
You will:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive technology vision, incorporating AI/ML, advanced data management, and reporting tools.
- Formulate technology strategies that align with and support business objectives, emphasizing scalable data solutions and intelligent decision-making systems.
- Manage technology budgets, ensuring strategic investments in various tech domains including AI/ML, data storage, reporting and analytics.
- Maintain strong alignment with the Executive Team, ensuring tech initiatives support business goals.
- Collaborate with Chief Operating Officer to balance immediate operational requirements with long-term technological innovation.
- Recruit and mentor, a tech team skilled in a range of technologies, including AI/ML, data management, and advanced analytics.
- Implement leading-edge technology solutions, focusing on data management, AI/ML, and reporting capabilities.
- Uphold compliance with industry standards, especially in data security and privacy.
- Design an organizational structure that facilitates agile and innovative technology development.
You have:
- At least 5 years of experience in senior technical project management; 10+ years in IT/Software Development, with a focus on diverse technology solutions.
- Proven leadership experience in a CTO role, with an emphasis on advanced technology implementation.
- A BS/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in implementing AI/ML, data management (both structured and unstructured), and advanced reporting solutions.
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to steer diverse teams including in-house, nearshore, and offshore staff, towards achieving technological excellence.
- A comprehensive understanding of financial services regulations, particularly in technology applications.

$273,400 - $382,200 a year
A reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role is $273,400 to $382,200 per year plus any applicable bonuses. In order to provide a competitive compensation package, Mulligan Funding takes into account a variety of factors including but not limited to market compensation data, relevant experience, skills, education, and certifications.
