Mulligan Funding is seeking a strategic, driven, and experienced sales leader to join our team as Senior Vice President of Sales. This individual will oversee all aspects of the sales function, with full ownership of strategy, structure, and execution. This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for scaling a growing sales team, driving revenue performance, and aligning closely with executive leadership to support company-wide goals.

You will:

    • Own and lead the company’s sales strategy to drive growth, performance, and goal alignment across all levels
    • Build and scale a high-performing sales organization, with a focus on accountability, development, and results
    • Structure and optimize sales channels, teams, and territories to support current and future growth objectives
    • Hire, coach, and develop front-line leadership while identifying and promoting top talent within the team
    • Partner closely with Marketing to align lead generation, campaign efforts, and outreach with sales goals
    • Partners with Sales Operations to support sales strategy and process optimization across the organization.
    • Design and refine sales compensation plans to effectively motivate and reward performance across all sales functions
    • Set clear KPIs and build performance reporting frameworks that drive data-informed decision-making
    • Establish the cadence and content of training programs for new hires and existing team members
    • Provide consistent reporting, forecasting, and strategic insights to executive leadership
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Credit, and Finance to support company-wide initiatives and customer outcomes
    • Performs other duties as assigned

You have:

    • 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, including managing managers and driving results across complex sales teams
    • A proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and leading high-performing, accountable sales organizations
    • Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate goals into operational plans
    • Deep experience with sales forecasting, performance metrics, and CRM systems such as Salesforce
    • A hands-on, team-first leadership style that thrives in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment
    • Experience partnering with Operations, Marketing, Product, and Finance to align sales strategy with company goals
    • The ability to attract, develop, and retain top sales talent across multiple levels of the organization
    • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

$270,000 - $325,000 a year
A reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role is $270,000 to $325,000 per year plus quarterly and/or annual incentives. In order to provide a competitive compensation package, Mulligan Funding takes into account a variety of factors including but not limited to market compensation data, relevant experience, skills, education, and certifications.
