We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate HR Admin & payroll specialist to join our team. The goal of this role is to support with all payroll and administrative activities in our Sibiu headquarter.

Here’s what you’ll do:

    • Prepare and manage documents regarding personnel administration (employment contracts, job descriptions, additional documents, decisions to terminate employment contracts, liquidation forms, etc.);
    • Comply with the legal norms regarding confidentiality of information;
    • Prepare and issue documents for  employees, upon request;
    • Support employees in problems related to labor relations;
    • Enter data into the HR application and ensure accuracy;
    • Prepare various reports (eg. monitoring and allocating time on projects);
    • Operate correctly and on time, all changes in Revisal system;
    • Collect and check time attendance, in order to calculate wages;
    • Manage personnel files;
    • Follow and appliy the legal provisions in the field of labor relations and social insurance;
    • Keep in touch with ITM;
    • Produce various reports specific to the Human Resources activity;
    • Collect the data required for reports requested by the National Institute of Statistics;
    • Collaborate with the financial department to ensure the accuracy of payroll data;
    • Collect and verify the annual scheduling of vacations;
    • Prepare the 112 declarations correctly and on time.

To succeed in this role, you need:

    • Bachelor degree in relevant field;
    • Previous experience of Payroll and personnel administration of at least 2 years in a similar position;
    • Knowledge of labor legislation and fiscal legislation related to payroll;
    • Analysing skills and attention to details;
    • Proactive attitude, oriented towards solving problems;
    • The ability to work with strict deadlines;
    • Concentrated and distributive attention;
    • Resistance to prolonged intellectual effort
    • Good communication and building relations skills;
    • Good planning and organising skills.
