We are seeking a highly motivated, passionate and autonomous Talent Acquisition Specialist, to join our team. The goal of this role is to help us bring on board the right people for the right roles. 
The ideal candidate is fluent in English, in IT, and has experience with screening, interviewing, and hiring processes. We’re seeking someone who’s passionate about discovering untapped talent and feels at home among innovative, brilliant minds.

As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will align with multiple hiring managers, understanding the specificities of each request, and act as a bridge between candidates and MultiversX. You will paint an authentic picture of what it feels like to be part of our team while offering candidates an awesome recruitment experience.

Here’s what you’ll do:

    • Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for every role, and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations 
    • Manage the full recruitment cycle across a variety of open roles, helping managers find, hire, and retain quality candidates
    • Foster high-touch relationships using a database of qualified candidates to choose from when positions become open
    • Remain active on job boards, social networks, and platforms for finding quality candidates, create and post job descriptions and announcements
    • Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative strategies to find quality candidates
    • Screen resumes and manage job candidates throughout hiring process, from interview preparation to final-offer discussion
    • Maintain database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects

To succeed in this role, you need:

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Three or more years of experience in IT recruitment 
    • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
    • Experience in building a positive candidate journey
    • Advanced knowledge of database management and internet search methods 
    • Familiarity with job boards and applicant tracking systems
    • Proven success in conducting IT interviews using various methods (phone, video, in-person)
    • International recruitment experience
    • Availability to travel when needed
