Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Greet and engage customers to understand their vehicle needs, preferences, and budget.
Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of Ford vehicles, features, financing options, and competitive products.
Sales Process: Guide customers through the vehicle purchase process, from test drives to closing sales, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
Follow-Up: Maintain ongoing communication with customers to ensure satisfaction, answer any questions, and encourage repeat business.
Sales Goals: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the dealership.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, finance, and service teams to ensure a smooth transaction process for all customers.
Customer Relationship Management: Use CRM tools to track customer interactions and manage your sales pipeline effectively.
Training: Participate in ongoing training programs to stay current on Ford products and sales techniques.
Qualifications:
Experience: Prior sales experience is preferred but not required. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with a passion for customer service and a desire to learn.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively.
