$2000.00 Sign on Bonus
1. Repayment Obligations: The employee may be required to repay the bonus if they leave the company within a specified timeframe of (18months).
2. Tax Implications: Signing bonuses are taxable, and employers may withhold applicable taxes.
3. Payment Timeline: Bonus will be pay in 2 installments, 90 days after starting date).
4. Conditions for Retention: Employees must remain employed for a minimum period of 18 month, to retain the bonus.

Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on Cadillac vehicles to dealership standards.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
Use advanced diagnostic equipment and tools to ensure precision.
Communicate findings and service recommendations to clients and service advisors.
Maintain accurate records of all work performed and parts used.
Ensure a clean and safe working environment.
Stay updated with the latest technical bulletins, service updates, and training sessions.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; automotive technical training is a plus.
ASE certification or equivalent preferred.
Proven experience as an automotive technician, ideally with Cadillac vehicles.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency with automotive repair tools and diagnostic equipment.

$25 - $45 an hour
Line technicians get paid per flat rate hour. Starting pay will be based off of the experience of the technician.
