As a Head of Content, you will be responsible for Musixmatch content supply chain and data output. You will be managing the Musixmatch Content team, and design and coordinate the end-to-end production process, which involves millions of contributors from all over the world. You will be also responsible for setting and evolving Musixmatch content strategy. Working closely with the Product and Revenue team, you will help develop strategic partnerships and you will be a key point of contact for managing business relationships with Musixmatch top clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage and mentor the Musixmatch Content team, who oversee the production and relationships with Musixmatch global community of Contributors.
Design and develop operational processes and policies to keep scaling Musixmatch content offering.
Track and report on content contribution KPIs and data analytics, to ensure the highest quality of content contribution.
Forge strong and trusted direct relationships with Musixmatch top clients worldwide.
Create synergy between different parts of the business, encouraging friendly and constructive interaction across our organization.
Work closely with the product development team in identifying, routing, and escalating issues related to tools.

REQUIREMENTS:

Managerial and leadership experience with strong organizational analytical, strategic thinking skills and a strong ability to collaborate cross function.
Data-driven mindset and strong analytical skills, able to interpret data, identify problems, and come up with constructive solutions.
Advanced thinking. Good understanding of the current digital content industry and be able to predict potential changes and react with proper adjustments.
Fluent in English, and excellent written and verbal communication.
Previous experience working in content production is a huge plus.
Passionate about new digital channels, new trends, new rising areas of online opportunity.
