Join our dynamic Partnerships Team as a Partnership Manager! In this pivotal role, you will be the principal contact, linking Musixmatch with an array of industry giants, including DSPs, Record Labels, Music Publishers, Managers, and Artists. This is an opportunity to immerse yourself into the heart of the music and technology industry and become the ultimate liaison, driving exciting collaborations and amplifying our presence globally.


What you will do:

Build and maintain relationships with Musixmatch partners and clients. 
Manage a top client portfolio supporting initial engagement, through to onboarding and maintaining strong relationships.
Source and manage new business enquiries.
Work with Senior stakeholders at Musixmatch to understand business priorities, this will include strategic objectives, develop solutions, and implement business change.
Assist in negotiating contract renewals with existing and new clients.
Work internally across all business functions to support the partner/client request.
Engage with clients cross-functional departments, including Operations, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Business Affairs.
Present, analyse, and review the overall performance of the partnership and upsell to new products.


Support the Head of Partnerships:

Build and maintain client dashboard and commercial calendar
Identify opportunities for up-sell/cross-sell to clients
Support new business pitches where necessary
Represent the Partnerships Team at internal cross-functional meetings
Represent Musixmatch at designated industry events 
Help design and build processes to improve the commercial success of Musixmatch
Management of CRM tools


Requirements:

Personal drive, ability to work independently, a natural problem solver.
Proven experience in a similar role or environment for the last five years. 
As a people person, you must have a natural ability to interact with empathy across time zones and cultures, both in person and virtually.
Organised and self-reliant: You are comfortable working in a startup environment and managing varied demands on your time and resources. You are also comfortable defining new structures and ways of working efficiently.
Excellent relationship-building and networking skills.
Strong communication skills - professional fluency in English, with exemplary verbal and written communication.
Technically literate - you must be comfortable articulating a world-class data service.
Ability to manage high-pressure situations calmly.

Nice to have:

Knowledge of the Music Industry for Recording Rights, Music Royalties and Publishing.
Bachelor’s degree, Masters.
