About the Role
We’re seeking a technically adept and detail-oriented Operations Specialist to support our fast-paced teams. If you’re a wizard with numbers, thrive in cross-functional environments, and enjoy managing complex data, this could be the role for you.
You’ll collaborate closely with our Internal Service Managers, Commercial, Operations, and Content teams to create, maintain, and report on documentation and datasets that drive decision-making.
What You’ll Do
Create and maintain client-facing flows and internal documentation.
Manage and manipulate large datasets using internal and external tools.
Respond quickly to Commercial team requests with data and documentation support.
Prepare data files to meet specific formats, specifications, and quality standards.
Generate actionable reports, summaries, and dashboards.
Assist Service Managers with operational tasks and project follow-ups.
What We’re Looking For
Fluency in English (written and verbal).
Proven experience managing large datasets and using data/automation platforms.
Strong analytical and data literacy skills—comfortable working with numerical data.
Experience supporting or working with external clients.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Able to work independently and communicate transparently.
Proactive, self-driven mindset with high accountability.
Familiar and interested to work with Coda, Claude Google Excel, Doc’s, Slides, N8N, Tableau, Quicksight and interested in LLM’s.
