About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Operations Specialist to manage and optimize our catalogue of song lyrics. You’ll review, correct, and enhance lyric metadata to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance across platforms. If you thrive in cross-functional environments, enjoy organizing complex datasets, and love combining music with operations, this role is for you.
You’ll work closely with Internal Service Managers, Commercial, Operations, and Content teams to support data flows, documentation, and reporting that drive business decisions.
What You’ll Do
Audit and clean lyric content for formatting and metadata
Normalize and tag lyrics (e.g., section labeling, explicit content, language)
Maintain metadata accuracy across platforms
Align lyrics across DSPs (Spotify, Apple Music,Amazon, etc.)
Prepare and manipulate large datasets using internal/external tools
Create and maintain internal docs and client-facing flows
Support Commercial teams with quick data/documentation turnarounds
Generate reports, dashboards, and summaries for key stakeholders
Assist Service Managers on ops tasks and project follow-ups
What We’re Looking For
Fluency in English (written & spoken); strong copy-editing skills
Proficiency with Excel/Sheets, CMS, or content databases
Data literacy and comfort with numerical/structured data
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience working with or supporting external clients
Interest or experience in tools like Coda, Google Suite, N8N, Tableau, Quicksight, LLMs

Background in working with multilingual or genre-diverse catalogues
