We are looking for a People Assistant to join our People Team to collaborate and support on a wide range of tasks related to administrative management and talent acquisition activities.

You will support our Team in the following activities:

- Support the administrative management of employees and maintain all records and documents organized, accurate and up-to-date;

- Interview scheduling and follow-up;

- Assist new joiners with the onboarding process;

- Support the team in day-to-day activities, scheduling, updating the HR databases.

- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or any other relevant degree;

- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply (possibility of internship);

- Excellent knowledge of the Office package (Excel, Power Point) and other reporting tools;

- High levels of accuracy, attention to detail and multitasking skills;

- Fluency in English;

- Analytical skills are a plus.
