As our company continues to grow, so do our operations. At Mutt Data, we are seeking a hands-on, self-motivated, fix-it-all spirited Sales Associate to help us enable our sales team to reach the next level. 

You'll be the backbone of our sales operations, working closely with Sales Executives and reporting directly to the CEO. Your role is pivotal in handling tasks that range from lead generation, prospects interactions,  business opportunity creation, all up to contract management, ensuring smooth sales processes and contributing to our overall growth.🐢

Responsibilities πŸ€“

- Lead Management: Qualify and nurture inbound leads from websites and other channels. Generate new leads, execute outreach campaigns, and manage interactions efficiently.
- Market Research: Help understand our target accountsβ€”identify key players, conduct prospect client analysis, and qualify leads.
- Sales Support: Act as the backbone of our sales process, ensuring smooth and effective operations.
- Data Management: Maintain and expand our prospect lists. Accurately update, clean, and maintain our CRM database, including contacts, companies, and deals.
- Reporting and Analytics: Regularly update sales process reports and analytics, providing insights and actionable suggestions for improvement.
- Prospect Engagement: Engage in at least 150 prospect interactions per week, maintaining consistent and meaningful connections with prospects and clients via email, chat, LinkedIn, and calls.

Required SkillsπŸ’»

- Education: University degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and familiarity with Google Suite or similar software.
- Experience: At least 2 years in technical sales pipelines or project management in software outsourcing.
- Communication: Intermediate oral and written communication skills in English.
- Tools: Comfortable using tools like Slack and ClickUp; adaptable to asynchronous work.
- Networking: Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Nice to have skillsπŸ˜‰

- Familiarity with sales methodologies like BANT, TAS, or SPIN.
- Experience guiding clients through business initiatives and resolving complex situations.
- Prior exposure to B2B software services, particularly in the data or AI space.
- Direct consulting experience is a strong plus.
