Responsibilities 🤓
- Employee Journey: Assisting employees in their onboarding and offboarding process using BambooHR, administrative processes, personal files, equipment, medical care, and others.
- Cultural Initiatives: Collaborate and assist on internal initiatives to improve our culture: company’s benefits, events, annual trips, etc.
- People Data: Ensure the correct loading and maintenance of data in our data tools (e.g. BambooHR, Appsmith, Power BI, etc.) to feed our area with just-in-time information, predictions, and continue on the path towards People Data Driven.
- Internal Communication: Collaborate with internal communications (Muttversary & birthday flyers, Slack messages).
Required Skills 💻
- Advanced student in Human Resources/Labor Relations, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or other related career.
Intermediate English skills
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn
- Effective communication skills – written, verbal, and listening. Demonstrated ability to act with empathy and kindness
- Open team player
Nice to Have 😉
- Experience in a similar position
- Being an Excel and/or Google Sheets friendly user
