At Mutt Data, we’re looking for a Tech Support Analyst with a generalist technical profile and around 1 year of experience in tech (support, development, or infrastructure), who’s eager to learn, grow, and collaborate with a strong technical team.
This role combines internal technical support, automation, infrastructure monitoring, and collaboration with other teams. If you enjoy working across different areas—Python, cloud, databases, documentation, security, and tooling—this could be a great fit. You’ll be joining a team with more experienced engineers, so don’t worry if you’re not an expert yet—we’re looking for someone curious, proactive, and excited to learn.🐶🚀

Responsibilities 🤓
- Provide information, analysis, and assistance for decision-making and technology initiatives.
- Manage user onboarding and offboarding, including access and permission setup.
- Administer tools like VPNs and other internal services.
- Monitor infrastructure and help track cloud costs.
- Offer day-to-day support to internal teams and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Contribute to building internal tooling and reusable service packages.
- Help prepare documentation, presentations, and materials for internal and partner use.
- Collaborate with other departments (Finance, People, etc.) to support operational processes.
- Assist in audits, policy implementation, and compliance tracking.
- Support company certification efforts and technical documentation processes.
- Help research and evaluate new technologies to improve internal systems.
- Contribute to the integration of new tools across the company.You’re not expected to know everything from day one—there’s plenty of support from the team, and you’ll have room to grow in the role. 🙌
Required Skills 💻
- University degree in Systems Engineering, Informatics Engineering or related bachelor's level.
- Basic knowledge of Python (around 1 year of experience).
- Familiarity with databases (SQL).General understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or similar).
- Willingness to learn and collaborate with other teams.
- A hands-on attitude and good communication skills.
- Intermediate English (reading technical docs, written communication).
- Nice to have (not required):
- Experience in IT support or sysadmin.
- Cloud infrastructure tools.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, ClickUp, Slack.
