Job Summary
MycoWorks is seeking a Product Manager to support the Product Team in launching its first ever products in the fashion and apparel industry made with Reshi Fine Mycelium an option for leather that is more sustainable, natural and animal free. 


    • Drive vision, strategy, design and execution of the product
    • Drive and promote Product knowledge and understanding throughout the company
    • Build an objective understanding of product attributes based on customer requirements and effectively communicate that to internal and external stakeholders
    • Build relationships and communicate with customers (product designers, developers and marketing teams at Brands) as well as internal marketing teams
    • Drive the adoption and improvement of quantitative and qualitative analysis tools to ensure that the quality team can autonomously determine whether a product meets customer specs


    • Experience bringing a new product into the market
    • Experience in leather, PU / coated leathers and or textile composites desired
    • Ability to think strategically and tactically
    • A degree in textiles, materials, or engineering plus business training is desired
    • A deep understanding of leather and/or textiles qualitative and quantitative characteristics
    • Natural sensory skills related to product appreciation
    • 2-5 years of experience in the fashion accessories, apparel and or shoe industries
    • Project Management experience 
    • Experience working with project management software for tracking and driving projects
    • Customer service experience
    • Negotiation skills
    • Advanced written and verbal communication skills
    • Experience with basic textile/leather measurement tools
    • A basic understanding of finance
    • French and/or EU Spanish speaking is a plus
