About the Team

By joining the Tech team, you’ll be an integral part of building our all-in-one business management platform.

The opportunity:
As an Engineering Manager, you'll play an important leadership role across multiple delivery teams, with a focus on the Customer domain. You'll provide leadership, mentoring and support to delivery teams to balance technology, delivery, and product outcomes in alignment with MYOB objectives.

Driving the engineering strategy for our customer platforms and technology stack, you'll work with other leaders in your domain to support your teams in defining and delivering their product and technology roadmaps, whilst ensuring teams have a clear and sustainable system of work in place.

As a leader with deep technical skills, you'll help teams design solutions, deliver changes incrementally and drive continuous improvement, ensuring that we can "build and run" our software in a balanced and sustainable way.

What we're looking for;
We're looking for a tech agnostic leader, who can use their mentoring experience and knowledge to drive a collaborative, strong team culture.

We'd love you to bring;
- Hands on CRM experience desirable
- Good understanding of Cloud infrastructure, such as AWS infrastructure or other equivalent infrastructure
- Prior experience working in sophisticated system architectures
- Experience implementing continuous delivery, agile and lean practices with delivery teams
- Understanding micro-services oriented architecture with extensible REST APIs
- Understanding of domain-driven design
