Our Tech team are true heroes. They’ve taken our legacy success and transformed it into an extraordinary SaaS platform to support SME and Enterprise businesses in ways they never knew they needed. By joining the Tech team, you’ll be an integral part of building our all-in-one business management platform.
The team
Work with a team of passionate and curious people to build new experiences on our MYOB Business platform. Our software development teams are enabled with the data they need to own their domain and determine where the best value can be delivered for our customers.
Our teams work with lean and agile methods to quickly experiment and get things in front of customers early, and we like to iterate regularly.

Being a Senior Developer at MYOB means having a curious approach, and being involved in the following:
- Delivering software regularly to our customers using lean and systems thinking.
- Technical discovery work as a means of understanding legacy systems and gathering how they work, while identifying potential solutions to problems.
- Work with multiple tech stacks including .Net, AWS, React.
- Design, build, test and deploy software solutions including APIs, serverless and microservices.
- Drive continuous improvement in our development and systems practices
The skills you will need:
- Strong programming skills in .NET, C# with Scala being a bonus.
- Design and development of highly scalable, performant and secure systems.
- A strong understanding of programming fundamentals, algorithms, patterns and concepts.
- Proven experience in TDD, DevOps, Clean Code.
- Adaptability when it comes to languages and frameworks that support our technical direction.
- Pragmatic decision making for delivering a great product, as well as how it’s performing in market.
