About the role
If you’re a performance-focused design generalist with strong marketing instincts, a systems approach, and a flair for creative problem-solving, we invite you to apply for the role of Senior Product Designer – Growth within our product design team.
In this hybrid role, you’ll apply product thinking to the end-to-end design of growth and campaign experiences, from high-impact landing pages and digital campaigns to marketing assets across all customer touchpoints.
How you'll make an impact
- Collaborate with marketers, product managers, copywriters, and designers to define campaign strategies and creative solutions.
- Own the UX and visual design of our marketing website and landing pages in collaboration with developers.
- Design high-impact assets across web, email, social, and offline channels, aligned with brand and performance goals.
- Build and maintain scalable design systems and templates that support consistent, on-brand asset creation across teams.
- Apply a systems-thinking approach to campaign and lifecycle design for cohesive B2C and B2B experiences.
- Contribute to a seamless customer journey across marketing and product design touchpoints.
The skills you'll need
- Track record of designing high-performing assets across web, brand, and campaign channels, with a solid grasp of engagement and conversion principles.
- Advanced skills in responsive web and mobile-first design, with proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI-assisted design tools.
- Experience with CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress, Webflow, or Framer) and marketing automation tools (e.g. Customer.io), and ability to collaborate cross-functionally with developers and marketers.
- Skilled in A/B testing and optimising creative based on clear hypotheses and performance insights.
