In this role, you will design and execute growth marketing programs to drive lead generation for Flare’s consumer portfolio, and increase conversion rates for our range of financial services and products.

 How you’ll make an impact 

- Lead generation: Develop and implement multi-channel campaigns to drive high-quality enquiries across a range of financial services and products from our engaged network of employees. 
- Sales funnel optimisation: Monitor, analyse, and optimise the entire lead-to-sale funnel in collaboration with marketplace partners to ensure high conversion rates and seamless customer experience. 
- Partnerships management: Work closely with external partners to ensure that our products and services are effectively marketed and sold through their platforms, driving improvements in the conversion of leads to customers. 
- Data-driven decision making: Use data analytics to measure performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and optimise the sales funnel for maximum impact. 
- A/B testing and experimentation: Drive continuous testing and experimentation of product capabilities and marketing campaigns to improve messaging, targeting, and channel mix for lead generation and sales performance. 

 What we’re looking for 

- 8+ years in growth marketing with core responsibility for commercial, growth outcomes
- Strong understanding of performance marketing channels, including email marketing, paid search, social media advertising, and app marketing. 
- Highly technical operator with the ability to communicate effectively with product and engineering teams. 
- Experience in funnel optimisation, and conversion rate optimisation 
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions to improve performance. 
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities. 
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners
