Your day to day impact

    • Communicate with customers via various channels & handling of customer queries
    • Vehicle onboarding & process documentation relevant to the settlement process
    • Update information in our CRM leasing system
    • Assist with finance settlement and budget management
    • Ad hoc administrative tasks as requested on a day-to-day basis

What you'll bring to the table

    • Previous experience in salary packaging, novated leasing, finance or similar
    • Proven experience in a customer engagement/support role
    • Exceptional working knowledge of CRM systems
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and busy call volumes
    • Highly organised and have the ability to meet deadlines
