About the role:
As a Digital Enablement Analyst, you will be a vital part of our Digital Experience team, playing a key role in driving digital transformation within our organisation. Your main responsibility will be to leverage your passion for technology and your skills in communication, organisational change, and data analysis to improve our operations and deliver value to our customers through digital technologies.

You will be tasked with improving how our business uses and benefits from various digital tools, apps, and services. This includes analysing their usage, identifying opportunities for improvement, and providing feedback on their value. You will also be responsible for educating the business about existing features in our current tools or apps, running training sessions, and assisting with document updates across internal platforms. Furthermore, you will be expected to communicate updates to product capabilities and consult on the exploration of new systems or tools that could add value to the business.

The skills you'll need:
- Strong Analytical Skills: You should be proficient in data analysis and interpretation, and be able to measure the efficiency of digital initiatives.
- Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills: You will need to optimally communicate digital strategies and technologies to a non-technical audience, collaborate with various teams, and handle internal content related to digital enablement.
- Organisational Change Skills: Assist implementation of digital technologies and develop strategies to drive their adoption.
- Proficiency in Digital Tools and Systems: A strong understanding of SaaS tooling and its application in a business context is essential.
- Training Skills: Run training sessions for teams to improve efficiency across our tool stack.
