About the Team
Overflowing with expertise, Group Services keeps MYOB highly tuned and up and running. Made up of several specialisd teams including commercial, finance, legal and risk, these are the professionals who drive our business performance, while always ensuring we’ve dotted our I's and crossed our T's!

As our newest Sales Operations Analyst, you will be part of a successful commercial operations team that improves the efficiency and productivity of our front line selling teams and helps identify and drive effective commercial outcomes, strategies and programs.

What you'll do

-  Support planning initiatives such as designing and implementing territories
-  Develop and improve reporting that provides insights into business performance against targets
-  Presenting analysis and recommendations to senior leaders
-  Identify and implement initiatives that improve process efficiency and effectiveness, including opportunities to eliminate, simplify, standardise and automate processes
-  Identify and play a role in delivering opportunities, improvements, issue resolution and data quality/integrity for sales tools, reporting, telephony and CRM systems
-  Act as the domain expert for involvement and implementation of adhoc projects for sales teams
