Your Impact at Flare
- Generate high-quality opportunities and set meetings for our sales team with target accounts
- Research, identify, and engage new prospects through a variety of outbound channels
- Actively manage and nurture your pipeline of leads, with a focus on conversion
- Own your schedule with excellent time management to meet and exceed key metrics
What We're Looking For
- Experience in B2B sales and outbound calling is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and hungry to learn
- Resilient, proactive, and confident - you thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
