About the role
As the Testing and Hypercare Manager, you'll orchestrate the development and implementation of comprehensive testing strategies, plans, and schedules. Your role encompasses leading and driving functional, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing. Additionally, you'll play a pivotal role in encouraging effective communication and collaboration between the technical and operational teams and your ability to effectively connect with cross-functional team members, process owners, and leadership will be important in ensuring the success of our transformation journey.

Building and maintaining positive relationships with key collaborators, you'll ensure a clear understanding of business needs and priorities, serving as a liaison between business owners and the program team. Moreover, you'll establish and maintain standards for testing and hypercare artifacts, ensuring consistency and quality. Your expertise in risk analysis will be pivotal as you identify and assess potential risks associated with testing and hypercare processes, recommending mitigation strategies and developing vital documentation within required timeframes.

What we'd love to see from you:
- Previous experience in software testing and quality assurance, with a focus on leading testing teams.
- Solid understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and standard processes.
- Experience with hypercare or post-implementation support activities.
- Excellent project management and leadership skills.
- Solid understanding of agile systems of work and the ability to identify areas of improvement and inspire change.
- Good understanding of SDLC principles and agile development methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and Continuous Delivery.
