⭐️ We’re looking for a driven, business-minded Clinic Manager to lead and grow our Chinatown clinic. This role is focused on driving the clinic’s success through business strategy, financial accuracy and strong leadership. You’ll take full ownership of clinic performance, from revenue and client retention to financial procedures and team development.
You’ll collaborate closely with the Lead Clinician, ensuring both business goals and client care standards are met. This is a leadership position where your focus will be on growing the business, building client relationships, and supporting your team to deliver exceptional service, all while maintaining financial accuracy and optimizing clinic performance.
What You’ll Do
- Drive Business Growth – You will take charge of business targets by leading marketing and local outreach initiatives to attract new clients, increase retention, and ensure the clinic meets or exceeds revenue and profit goals. You’ll use data and KPIs to guide decision-making and improve clinic performance.
- Financial Accuracy – You’ll be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the accuracy of financial processes, including accounts receivable reconciliation, cash sheet balancing, and maintaining operational budgets. Your role will ensure that financial procedures align with business objectives and that the clinic remains profitable.
- Lead & Develop the Team – You will lead, mentor, and coach the Front Desk Associates (FDAs) to deliver seamless client experiences. You'll be a key figure in developing the team, setting clear objectives, and fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
- Build Strong Client Relationships – Foster relationships with existing and new clients to ensure long-term retention and growth. You’ll help establish Myo as the go-to clinic for proactive body care in the community.
- Operational Excellence – Oversee clinic operations, but with a focus on streamlining processes to support business goals. While you won’t be buried in day-to-day operations, you’ll ensure that they align with business priorities and contribute to clinic success.
- Support Clinicians for Success – Collaborate with the Lead Clinician to ensure they have the resources and support they need to focus on what they do best—helping clients achieve better movement and long-term recovery.
- Foster a Positive Culture – Lead by example, creating a supportive, energetic, and positive environment for your team. You’ll drive a culture of high performance, client care, and teamwork.
Who You Are
- Experienced Operator – 3-5 years in office management, business operations, or a similar role with a proven ability to drive revenue and growth. Proven experience with KPIs, financial metrics, and using data to inform decisions and drive success.
- Business-Minded Strategist & Executor – You can balance big-picture thinking with hands-on execution. You drive business growth by optimizing operations, creating opportunities, and leading with a results-focused mindset.
- Strong Leader with Emotional Intelligence – You know how to lead, motivate, and hold your team accountable while also being empathetic and adaptable. You build trust and foster a strong, cohesive team culture.
- Financially Savvy & Detail-Oriented – You have a sharp eye for financial accuracy and detail. You’re comfortable overseeing financial reconciliations, maintaining budgets, and ensuring that the clinic’s financial operations align with business goals.
- Owner of the Business – You take full responsibility for the success of the clinic. Whether it's driving business goals, managing financials, or supporting the team, you’re the driving force behind clinic performance.
