The Clinic Director (CD) is responsible for leading and managing a team which delivers on our brand promise of making movement health a daily habit. Role Overview:
The Clinic Director (CD) is responsible for leading and managing a team which delivers on our brand promise of making movement health a daily habit. By delivering on our core values, a successful CD ensures clinical and operational standards are met to facilitate an exceptional client experience, meet revenue and budgeting targets, and support their team’s development and talent acquisition.
This position oversees an Operations Lead (OL), a Lead Therapist (LT) and a team of clinicians and reports to the Regional Director, Clinical Development (RD). The responsibilities and duties of this position described here are representative of those that this individual is expected to perform. This is not a comprehensive list and other duties may be assigned.

What You'll Do:
- Lead and manage a team of clinicians to ensure best-in-class high quality care
- Responsible for exceeding revenue targets set in collaboration with Regional Director, Clinical Development
- Coach individual therapists on strategies and tactics to grow their caseload through 1:1 mentorship and annual performance evaluations
- Engage with local referral sources to support the development of your team’s caseload
- Oversee the Lead Therapist to facilitate ongoing clinical development opportunities
- Oversee the Operations Lead to ensure clinic operations are running smoothly
- Engage with students and network with colleagues outside the company to support ongoing recruitment efforts
- Lead monthly clinic recharges to facilitate effective communication, transparency, and culture at clinic
- Collaborate with People & Talent team to ensure recruitment needs and targets are met
- Maintain full caseload with at least 3-4 days / week of treatment
Measures of Success:
- By delivering on our mission and core values, you exhibit the ability to meet or exceed revenue targets set with your RD
- Client feedback on quality of clinic experience through online reviews and feedback from Front of House
- Therapist feedback on workplace environment and level of support and mentorship
- Ability to hire in-line with expectations set together with RD
- New therapists on your team can build and maintain a stable caseload (50%+ utilization) within 3 months of onboarding
- Clinic utilization exceeds 70% in the first 6-12 months and consistently meeting or exceeding 80% following ramp period
- Minimal therapist turnover (<10-15% per year)
- Average team compensation below budget set by RD (as measured by % of sales)
- Work treatment shifts in-line with expectations set by RD and maintain 80%+ utilized schedule
- Delivery to RD on a quarterly basis of an action plan to meet clinic growth and therapist development objectives
- Feedback from fellow Clinic Directors, direct reports, RD and Director, Operations that you demonstrate competencies of a team player, coach and model a growth mindset
Who We're Looking For:
- Certifications: Licensed Physiotherapist/Chiropractor/Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with respective regulatory body.
- Experience: minimum 4 yrs in private practice
- Clinical Competency: demonstrates commitment to exceptional client care by successfully managing themselves and team’s caseload

- Leader of self & others: experience leading and mentoring students and/or colleagues in a clinic or non-clinic setting
