The Role
Weâre hiring a Strategic Partnerships Lead to drive our local marketing and partnership efforts in New York and Los Angeles. This relationship-driven, commercially-minded role is ideal for someone deeply embedded in the fitness, wellness, healthcare, hospitality, and cultural scenes â with sharp instincts for building brand visibility, acquiring new clients, and driving revenue through partnerships.
đ Your mission: Grow Myoâs client base, strengthen membership acquisition and retention, and build brand presence in our core US markets.
Youâll lead influencer strategy, cultivate strategic brand partnerships, co-create events and activations, and support new clinic launches with best-in-class local execution.
What You'll Do: đ¤ Partnership & Business Development
- Source and secure brand-aligned partners across fitness, wellness, healthcare, and culturally relevant local businesses.
- Pitch creative cross-promos beyond discounts â think referral programs, seeding kits, bundled offerings, pop-ups, and co-branded content.
- Maintain a CRM of partners with clear follow-up cadences, performance tracking, and historical context.
- Develop ROI frameworks to track success across referral volume, new clients, and member conversions.
- Map the âwhoâs whoâ of each cityâcreators, physicians, trainers, conveners, and VIPs.
- Tailor strategies by market, tracking local trends and seasonal behaviors.
- Cultivate high-potential medical and lifestyle referrers to support clinic growth.
- Secure sponsorship dollars to fund or co-create events, content, and in-clinic experiences.
- Explore opportunities for Myo to participate in summits, trade shows, and cultural moments (budget-dependent).
- Collaborate across marketing, ops, and regional teams to activate partnerships across all channels.
- Drive member retention and value through bundled offerings and co-branded perks.
âď¸ Influencer Relations & Cultural Marketing
- Own all US influencer partnerships: sourcing, outreach, seeding, in-clinic visits, negotiations, and content planning.
- Manage creator communications and deliverables (with support from a marketing coordinator); track content performance and ROI.
- Act as our cultural pulse in NYC and LAâinforming brand, content, and campaign direction.
- Collaborate with brand and social teams to turn influencer content into broader campaigns.
- Share trend intel, talent ideas, and activation concepts with the marketing team.
đ Events & Activations
- Lead planning and execution of local events, wellness panels, partnership activations, and new clinic launches.
- Prioritize high-ROI experiences that drive press, influencer buzz, and new client acquisition.
- Oversee vendors, budgets, timelines, guest experience, and performance reporting (in partnership with the marketing coordinator).
- Design and deliver training for Clinic Directors on community engagement best practices â empowering them to foster meaningful local relationships and drive market-level brand presence.
What Success Looks like (6-12 Months):
- CRM built with 200+ high-value contacts across wellness, healthcare, lifestyle, influencer, and corporate categories.
- NYC and LA influencer ecosystems fully activated â multiple content collaborations and clinic visits per month.
- 3â5 co-branded activations launched, generating new clients, member conversions, and earned media visibility.
- Partnership and influencer efforts delivering measurable impact on acquisition and awareness.
- Monthly reporting on KPIs with clear insights and next steps, including:
- % of bookings tied to partnerships/influencers
- New clients from activations
- Conversion rate from events and influencer content
- Revenue/referrals from bundles and perks
About You
- 3â6 yearsâ experience in partnerships, brand/influencer marketing, or business development, ideally in wellness or consumer healthcare.
- Deep knowledge of NYC & LAâs cultural and business ecosystems â you know the tastemakers, conveners, and how to get things done. Comfortable with traveling up to 25% of the time.
- Proven ability to build and monetize partnerships.
- Track record managing influencer programs with measurable business results.
- Strong event execution skills, from concept through post-event reporting.
- Commercial mindsetâfluent in LTV, CAC, conversion, and upsell strategy.
- CRM-fluent (e.g., HubSpot, Airtable, Notion) with excellent follow-through.

$90,000 - $110,000 a year
Base salary with additional performance-based incentives tied to partnership success, client growth and brand impact.
