As we rapidly expand with offices worldwide, we are seeking the next generation of innovative MyPassers to join us in shaping the future of our industry.

The role:

    • This role will focus on driving Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth within MyPass’s existing customer base by identifying and executing upsell opportunities with service providers mandated through Owner Client relationships. The key objective is to convert 1,500+ mandated providers into active users of MyPass, expanding adoption and contributing directly to sustained ARR growth.

Day to day:

    • Prioritise and nurture relationships with high-potential service providers (200+ workers) mandated by Owner Clients to maximise ARR impact.
    • Qualify and progress expansion opportunities through disciplined outreach, maintaining high-integrity CRM tracking and accurate forecasting in HubSpot.
    • Drive expansion deals with tailored proposals and commercial terms, targeting 50%+ win rates and average deal cycles under 90 days.
    • Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Delivery, and Marketing to align on expansion plays, timelines, and seamless post-sale handovers.
    • Develop and refine scalable approaches to service provider expansion, using feedback loops and data to optimise execution.
    • Engage and influence local integrators to support onboarding and adoption, strengthening market penetration.
    • Provide real-time insights into competitor activity, industry shifts, and field feedback to inform product positioning and commercial strategy.
    • Act as a MyPass ambassador at industry forums, site visits, and client meetings, and build strong relationships with industry bodies such as Verisafe and Safer Together.

Our ideal MyPasser:

    • Experienced B2B SaaS Account Executive with a track record of expansion or upsell success
    • Deep familiarity with industrial services, particularly in mining, energy or construction
    • Knows how to engage workforce and compliance stakeholders, not just procurement
    • Skilled at mapping complex accounts and unlocking multiple decision-makers
    • Strong communicator with the commercial acumen to build trust quickly
    • Independent, driven, and thrives in a scale-up environment
    • Confident using HubSpot or similar CRM tools for pipeline and forecasting
    • Based in Sydney or Perth, with flexibility to travel for key meetings if needed
