THE ROLE
Mytos is seeking an Executive Assistant who is a natural problem solver and excels in a dynamic and fast paced environment. This is a high impact role supporting the management team that requires strong organizational skills, the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, and the ability to successfully manage multiple projects and priorities.

Our ideal EA has a bias for action, a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude, outstanding attention to detail, and can communicate complex information across all levels of the business with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when needed. 

Your responsibilities

    • Manage the calendars to ensure day-to-day engagements through prioritisation and troubleshooting conflicts
    • Helping founders and execs be fully prepared for meetings (internal and external) with support on research, agenda, travel and presentation preparation 
    • Support the operations team on critical finance, office, reporting and customer activities (e.g., monitoring shipments) 
    • Coordinate internal team meetings and events
    • Provide inbox management and support to founders with prioritisation and email drafting
    • Support company-wide initiatives and special projects
    • A small amount of personal assistant support to the founders

Experience we're looking for

    • At least 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Business Partner, Office Manager or similar
    • Experience in fast-paced environments
