The role
We’re looking for an Operations Manager to manage customer delivery, scale customer operations, and improve day to day operations across the business. You’ll be working closely with the Head of Engineering and the founders, who own Sales and Product.

You’ll be the frontline to customers, ensuring we deliver what we say, on time, and do it faster and better each time. You’ll manage internal and customer facing projects. You’ll need to be able to work collaboratively, as well as problem-solve autonomously.

If you’re high grit, willing to move fast, and have a strong analytical ability, this is for you.

What you’ll be doing
- Manage go-live with new customers. Project management that requires customer coordination, internal delivery and logistics
- Build, run and improve the customer processes that will underpin our growth
- Be responsive to customers and their needs. You’ll have oversight of all customer projects, and coordinate across engineering disciplines (Hardware, Biology, Software), product and sales.
- Use data & analysis to drive decision-making. You’ll own metrics that underpin how well we deliver (satisfaction, speed, cost).
- Deliver company-wide projects and support day to day operations of the business (e.g., supplier management, improving processes like Shipping working alongside Engineering)

What you will need
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem solving skills and strong analytical ability
- Project management experience that included managing external stakeholders and cross-functional internal stakeholders

Nice to have
- At least 2 years of experience
- Experience in fast-paced environments. Hardware or tech start-ups are a plus.
