You’ll work at the cutting edge of product design, advanced manufacturing, and building technology, applying your expertise to create elegant, high-performance solutions that redefine what’s possible in the built environment. What You'll Do

    • Engineer solutions that are precise, scalable, and manufacturable, pushing the limits of what’s possible in building technology
    • Apply thermal, structural, and mechanical design expertise to create systems that are both powerful and efficient
    • Work hands-on with prototyping, testing, and validation, ensuring performance, durability, and safety at every stage
    • Collaborate with industrial designers, architects, and manufacturing experts to integrate engineering with form and function seamlessly
    • Explore and implement cutting-edge materials and production methods, from aerospace-inspired composites to next-gen fabrication techniques

Who You Are

    • 5+ years of experience in mechanical design and engineering, with a track record of launching real, physical products into production
    • A deep passion for innovation and a drive to create systems that are as smart and elegant as they are functional
    • Strong expertise in CAD (SolidWorks, CATIA, or equivalent), FEA analysis, and mechanical simulation
    • Experience with thermal, structural, and fluid dynamics, applying engineering fundamentals to solve complex problems
    • A background in high-performance product development—whether in aerospace, automotive, consumer electronics, or other advanced industries
    • Knowledge of scalable manufacturing processes, including machining, casting, injection molding, and precision fabrication
    • A relentless pursuit of excellence, with the ability to challenge conventional wisdom and push boundaries
