Overview
Our client is a B2C platform with high traffic across Asia especially in Southeast Asia regions. They are currently seeking an individual with a strong passion for development. This person will contribute to their continuous development in the B2C platform.
What You Will Do
- Design, code, and debug applications in various software languages with primary focus on Node.js and Google Cloud Platform.
- Perform software analysis, code analysis, requirements analysis, software review, identification of code metrics, system risk analysis, and software reliability analysis.
- Work closely with the development team located in the mainland, managing them remotely, overseeing their output, and assisting with any complex issues.
- Develop and execute software test plans.
- Develop software solutions by studying information needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas; following the software development lifecycle.
- Contribute to the ongoing evolution of our high-traffic B2C platform, participating in the development and launch of new features.
What You Will Need
- Proven years of experience in backend development using Node.js
- Experience in deploying and managing application servers on AWS / GCP Experience in managing remote teams
- Good command of English and Mandarin is a plus.
