Overview

Our client is a well-received global content-sharing platform that is currently building a Web3 creator economy. They are looking for a Senior Ad Ops Manager to oversee their delivery of advertising campaigns. As a Senior Ad Ops Manager, you will work with their sales team and other parties to understand clients’ needs and deliver effective solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing and optimizing ad campaigns.

What You Will Do

    • Oversee and manage advertising campaigns and evaluate their performance metrics to ensure maximum ROI
    • Work closely with sales, account management, and creative teams to ensure campaign goals and objectives are met and a seamless delivery of campaigns
    • Optimize advertising campaigns across multiple platforms and be involved from the beginning such as assisting in budget allocation, inventory management and post-campaign reports
    • Liaise and support internal teams when planning campaigns in conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical team as to achieve business success through First-Party Data
    • Troubleshoot relevant technical issues, resolve any discrepancies or discrepancies in delivery and write incident reports when necessary
    • Provide feedbacks and performance reports to clients and other stakeholders upon requests and develop new methods to maximize the efficiency and quality of campaigns

What You Will Need

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Proven background in advertising, marketing, or related field
    • Prior experience in campaign trafficking or in digital media operations from media agencies or media preferred.
    • Knowledge in utilizing Google Ad Manager and Data Management Platforms
    • Advantageous to have work experience with publishers, agencies and ad networks
    • Understanding of working with 3rd party tracking vendors
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to optimize campaigns
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors
    • Excellent command of Chinese and English (both spoken and written)
