What You Will Do

    • Actively promote the centres, drive business growth and maintain standard of services
    • Maintain a good and lasting professional relationship with clients and business partners
    • Perform duties in a professional, knowledgeable and disciplined manner
    • Manage and achieve targets
    • Possess knowledge of market trends

    • Business Development & Sales:
    • Generate workstation sales volume and value through the development and implementation of a structured and target-driven strategy with disciplined and proactive attitude towards marketing and networking
    • Attract and develop new inquiries to the centres for closing
    • Actively network on behalf of TEC among Real Estate Agencies, Chambers of Commerce,
    • Government Bodies, Professional Services firms and MNCs

    • Executive Leadership:
    • Identify challenges and provide solutions to the team
    • Lead by example- set and achieve personal and team’s sales targets and activity KPIs

    • Understanding of Business:
    • Understand and forecast performance trends (license revenue & occupancy)
    • Understand the importance of accuracy in reporting
    • Demonstrate an ability to maximize profit through creative thinking

    • Communication Skills:
    • Develop and maintain exceptional client relationships to support the business goals
    • Develop and maintain partner relationships to support the business goals
    • Communicate between departments and oversee the implementation of SOPs
    • Work closely with the Operations team, Accounting team and IT team to ensure customer satisfaction

What You Will Need

    • At least 7 years of successful sales experiences and management experiences in relevant industries or job roles
    • Fluency in English and local language
    • Energetic, sociable and target-driven
    • Great interpersonal, communications and networking skills
    • Ability to work well in a dynamic team environment, as well as the initiative to work hands-on
    • Ability to identify new business opportunities to build strong sales pipelines
    • Ability to maintain relationships with clients, affiliates, and key industry contacts
    • Ability to negotiate with decision-makers
    • Team player and ability to lead by example
