What You Will Do

    • Creating and executing the organization's growth strategy and initiatives to stimulate top-of-funnel awareness, foster customer relationships, and convert interest
    • Directing the performance marketing team and agency to schedule annual/monthly/weekly performance activities and campaigns, including channels of Google, Meta, Affiliate, and marketplaces
    • Partnering with Social, EDM, Product, and Design teams to initiate growth initiatives
    • Collaborating closely with UX and retail teams to enhance the customer journey and experience for conversion improvement
    • Keeping abreast of the latest trends and emerging opportunities in our industry, including changes in business models, new tools, products, and features
    • Utilizing analytic tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to continually assess the effectiveness of marketing expenditures and optimize budget distribution across channels
    • Generating reports to brief leadership on marketing initiatives and suggest strategies for improvement

What You Will Need

    • A minimum of 5 years of practical Performance Marketing experience propelling eCommerce businesses on a global scale (Insight and experience with growth in the APAC and North American markets will be highly valued.)
    • Comprehensive knowledge and skills in Google ads, Meta ads, and Affiliate programs management
    • A demonstrated history of business growth through Performance Marketing and/or other growth initiatives over the last 5 years
    • Prior experience in watch & jewellery, luxury, fashion, and tech industries is preferred
    • Proficiency in both English and Mandarin
